Customers' Cars
Dave Hussong - Dave's 70 proves that a C3 can still be a very competitive race car. Dave runs the car in NCCC, SCCA and NASA. He has set NCCC track records at Putnam Park and Rockingham. He has several first place NCCC convention finishes in high speed, low speed, and concourse. Thanks to Dave's attention to detail and countless hours of well planned modifications this car is truly a racer's work of art. We are very proud at Tach It Up to have had a part in it.
Kevin "win or crash" Licklider - Kevin just finished his first full year of competition in his 96 LT4 coupe. Kevin collected the NCCC IIG track record at Putnam Park and two second place finishes at NCCC convention at Sebring with a stock engine and a Tach It Up suspension.....to be continued.
Mike Edmondson - Mike runs a Tach It Up spec'd suspension under his 88 IIIE car and his 97 IIH car. Mike is always a contender for FTD no matter what he is driving and just finished first in points for West Ohio region of NCCC.
Gary and Faithe Pierce - Gary and Faithe run very competitively in their 02 IJ Z06 prepped by Tach It Up . Gary set a track record for NCCC IJ this year at Putnam Park.
Fast Ronnie - Ron has built wild Corvettes of all types including road race, drags, classics, and pro streets. We always love to work on his cars and can;t wait to see what he lets us play with next.
Dan Schmick - Dan and Linda have a collection of C4 Corvettes in rare color combos and options. Dan and his son Scott are very competitive in his IIE car. Dan is a friend to every Corvette racer and a great guy.
Rodney Sizemore - Rodney's One Lap Of America Z06 is by far the fastest car I have ever driven or riden in and the best part is it is still street legal. Making over 700 RWHP with a conservative street tune on pump gas with the handling and brakes to match, it is one of the largest projects we have done at Tach It Up.
John Lawson - In 2000, John built a 3300 pound NA C5 that ran 10 sec quarter miles with AC, tunes, and license plates. This year he decided to get serious and build a race car. I cant wait to see what it runs.
Tom Hall - Tom was our first customer to have an LS7 with dry-sump installed in his 97 C5. This turned out to be a really nice conversion. It drives like a stock car and is capable of putting down low 10 sec quarter miles
